Model N Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Model N, Inc. (NYS: MODN) , a provider of revenue management solutions for the life science and technology industries, today announced that is has closed its previously announced initial public offering of 7,751,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.50 per share. The offering consisted of 7,011,000 shares of common stock sold by Model N and 740,000 shares of common stock sold by the selling stockholder. Model N will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholder.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
