HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited ("Aspen") (NYSE: AHL) will release its first quarter 2013 financial results on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, following the close of the New York Stock Exchange.A conference call to discuss the results will follow at 9:00 am (EDT) on Thursday, April 25, 2013.
