Zep Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zep Inc. (NYSE: ZEP) , a leading consumable packaged goods company, reported the Board of Directors of Zep Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per common share on March 21, 2013. The dividend is payable May 1, 2013 to stockholders of record on April 17, 2013.
