UnitedHealth Group Schedules First Quarter Results Earnings Release and Conference Call for April 18, 2013

MINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UnitedHealth Group (NYS: UNH) will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2013 on Thursday, April 18, 2013, before the market opens. Stephen J. Hemsley, president and chief executive officer, will host a teleconference at 8:45 a.m. ET to discuss the results with analysts and investors.
