Invesco Mortgage Capital has declared dividends for its Q1 2013. The company plans to hand out $0.65 per share of its common stock on April 26 to shareholders of record as of April 1. For its 7.75% series A preferred stock, Invesco will distribute $0.4844 per share. The dates on that dividend are April 25 and April 1, respectively.
The common stock payout matches that of the preceding five quarters. Prior to that, Invesco distributed $0.80 per share. Since first paying dividends in late 2009, the firm's quarterly distributions have ranged from $0.61 to $1.05.
The current dividend annualizes to $2.60 per share, which yields12.2% at Invesco's most recent closing stock price of $21.37.
