Updated

Apollo Residential Mortgage has declared a set of dividends for its fiscal Q1 2013. The company will hand out $0.70 per share of its common stock on April 30 to shareholders of record as of March 28. That amount is the same as the previous dividend, which was dispensed last December. Before that, the real estate investment trust paid $0.35.

Apollo also declared a dividend on its 8.00% series A cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock. That payout is $0.50 per share, with payment and record dates matching those of the common shares.

The just-declared common stock dividend annualizes to $2.80 per share, which yields 12.6% at Apollo Residential Mortgage's current stock price of $22.23.
