StoneMor Partners Misses on Q4 Results

StoneMor Partners results for Q4 and 2012 have been posted. For the quarter, revenues were $59.3 million, up modestly from the $58.7 million in the same period the previous year. Net loss widened to $3.9 million ($0.20 per diluted partner unit) from Q4 2011's shortfall of $3.1 million ($0.16).

The most recent quarter's figures were below average analyst estimates of $62.3 million in revenues, and per-share loss of $0.06.

For the full year, top line was $242.6 million, which topped the 2011 figure of $228.4 million. Net loss narrowed over that time span, to $3.0 million ($0.15 per diluted share), against the previous year's $9.7 million ($0.50).
