InterDigital Declares its First Dividend of 2013

InterDigital has declared its latest quarterly dividend, and its first for 2013. The company will hand out $0.10 per share of its common stock on April 24 to shareholders of record as of April 10. This matches every one of the previous regular disbursements, the most recent of which was paid in December. The firm also dispensed a $1.50 per share special dividend that month.

InterDigital has paid regular dividends since the beginning of 2011.

The new dividend annualizes to $0.40 per share. That yields 0.9% at the firm's current stock price of $46.37.
