Derma Sciences Announces Timing for Fourth Quarter Conference Call and 2012 Form 10-K Filing
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Derma Sciences, Inc. (NAS: DSCI) , a medical device and pharmaceutical company focused on advanced wound care, announced today that the Company will file its Form 10-K for 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after market close on Thursday, March 28, will report 2012 fourth quarter and full year financial results via a news release to be issued premarket Monday, April 1 and will hold an investment community conference call to discuss the financial results and answer questions at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time April 1. The timing of these various activities reflects SEC filing deadlines and the closure of the U.S. stock markets on Friday, March 29.
