One Liberty Properties Keeps Dividend Steady

One Liberty Properties has declared its first quarterly dividend for 2013. The company is to pay $0.35 per share of its common stock on April 3 to shareholders of record as of March 25.

That amount matches OLP's previous disbursement, which was handed out last December. Prior to that, the real estate investment trust paid $0.33 per share.

The current dividend annualizes to $1.40 per share. That yields 6.4% at OLP's most recent closing stock price of $21.88.
