Uranium Resources Names New CEO

Uranium Resources has appointed a new chief executive. Taking the position is Christopher Jones, who will begin his tenure on April 1 and also serve as president.

According to the company, Jones has more than 30 years of experience in the mining sector. His most recent position was as CEO and president of Wildcat Silver. Before that, he held executive positions in a number of other mining and materials firms, including Albian Sands Energy and RAG Coal West.

Jones replaces Terence Cryan, who currently serves as Uranium Resources' CEO and president.
