Emergency Medical Services to Host Conference Call for Debt Holders to Discuss Results of 1st Quarter Ended March 31, 2013
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Emergency Medical Services Corporation (EMSC or the Company) today announced that it will host a conference call for bond/debt holders and other interested parties to discuss results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2013.
The call will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 and will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. An on-line replay will be available approximately an hour following the conclusion of the live broadcast on the Company's website at www.emsc.net.
The Company intends to file results for the first quarter on Form 10-Q on or before May 13, 2013.
