Chicot County, Arkansas, Launches an Online Tax Payment Service

Property owners can now pay their Property and Real Estate tax with a credit/debit card online, by phone, and in Collector's office

CHICOT COUNTY, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Chicot County Tax Collector, Gail Seamans, announces four new convenient ways for property owners to pay Property and Real Estate tax using a credit/debit card. "We're very excited to provide property owners in Chicot County the ability to pay their taxes online through the new payment services we now offer. Our goal is to offer property owners easy and accessible options for payment of taxes."


Property owners can pay their Property and Real Estate taxes the following ways:

Property tax collections are used to fund a variety of county services including public education, libraries, police and fire, local infrastructure and emergency medical services. It is important that citizens meet the October 15 deadline to stay compliant with the county rules and avoid penalty late fees.

To use the online personal property and real estate tax payment services, taxpayers may enter the parcel number provided on their tax statements, or search the database by name or address for specific parcels. The property tax system guides the user through a series of entry screens, and provides a confirmation and printable receipt page for recordkeeping.
