UCI Holdings Limited to Release Fourth Quarter 2012 Earnings and Conduct its Earnings Call on March 21, 2013

LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UCI Holdings Limited will report financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2012 on Wednesday March 20, 2013. Following the earnings release, the company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Thursday March 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Bruce Zorich, president and chief executive officer and Ricardo Alvergue, chief financial officer of UCI International will discuss the company's fourth quarter and full year results and its business outlook.
