CastleVille 'The Lucky Leprechaun' Quests: Everything you need to know

Updated

A new St. Patrick's Day event has launched in CastleVille, as the Leprechaun named Sully has unfortunately caused some mischief in our Kingdoms. His "Giggle Juice" has turned everyone mad, and it's up to you to craft some Clover Brew to cure them via a series of seven new "The Lucky Leprechaun" quests. We're here with a guide to finishing these quests, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!

Got the Giggs?

  • Have 2 Cups of Tea

  • Place Sully's Stove

  • Have 5 Wool

The Cups of Tea is earned by simply posting a request to your news feed for help. Meanwhile, the Wool is earned by tending Sheep in your Kingdom. Completing this first quest gives you 2,000 coins and 40 XP.

Seeing the Light

  • Place 2 Leprechaun's Luck Torches Near Royal Buildings

  • Craft 1 Leprechaun Drum

  • Plant 5 Cabbages

The Torches are created inside the Magic Torch Shop using one Knobby Nugget, five Honey, three Screws, and two Wood Planks each. When placed near Royal Buildings, they help accelerate their timers so that you can collect from them more quickly. Meanwhile, the Leprechaun Drum is created inside the Studio using three Pink Lace, five Reed Pipes, and five Wood Logs.

As for the Cabbages, these are planted for 200 coins each. For the record, they're available for harvesting after 12 hours, but you only need to plant them to finish this quest. You'll receive another 2,000 coins and 40 XP for doing just that.

Put the Cauldron On

  • Build Sully's Stove

  • Craft 1 Leprechaun's Luck Torch

  • Visit 3 Houses

Sully's Stove requires building materials to finish. You'll need three Amber, five Beeswax, three Wood Planks, and two Gilded Ladles to finish it off. The Gilded Ladles are crafted out of three Hot Irons, three Copper Trinkets, five Pails of Water, and four Coal. Each one takes 30 minutes to create, so keep that in mind when it comes to finishing Sully's Stove. Completing this quest gives you another 2,000 coins and 40 XP.

Can I Have Some More, Please?

  • Upgrade Sully's Stove

  • Craft 1 Mug of Clover Brew

  • Visit 1 Neighbor

Sully's Stove can be upgraded by collecting two Knobby Nuggets, one Steel Bar, eight Clover, and three Gilded Ladles. As for the Clover Brew, this item is created in the Kitchen using three Cups of Tea, 10 Ogre's Belches, three Aquamarine, and five Clover per batch. Each batch takes 30 minutes to create. As you might have guessed, the Clover items are earned by collecting from Royal Buildings that have a Leprechaun's Luck Torch next to them. You'll be given another 2,000 coins and 40 XP when you complete this quest.

Taming of the Brew

  • Have 5 Shillelaghs

  • Craft 2 Rope

  • Place 6 Fences

The Shillelaghs are earned by posting a general news item to your wall, while the Rope can be crafted inside the Workshop using five Flax per Rope. You'll receive 1,500 coins and 30 XP when you finish this quest.

Ma's Secret Ingredient

  • Coat Sully's Stove in Gold

  • Craft 5 Mugs of Clover Brew

  • Place 2 Leprechaun's Luck Torches

This upgrade to Sully's Stove requires five more Knobby Nuggets, eight Clover, three Gold Bricks, and five Gilded Ladles to complete. By now, you know how to complete the other tasks, but actually finishing them will likely be a pretty time-consuming endeavor. When you do finish this quest, you'll receive 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Party People...Yeah!

  • Craft 3 Leprechaun Drums

  • Place 2 Campfires

  • Get 5 More Clovers

The Campfires are available in the store for just 500 coins each. Again, the Clovers are earned by tending buildings that have Lucky Leprechaun Torches next to them, so make sure your Kingdom always has at least one of those to keep your stockpile of Clover growing. After you finish this final quest in the series, you'll receive a Leprechaun home, 3,250 coins, and 65 XP.

It's always possible that CastleVille's St. Patrick's Day event will expand in the future, and if it does, we'll make sure to let you know. Stay tuned!
