Updated

In the following video, Motley Fool tech and telecom analyst Andrew Tonner discusses the announcement from the head of the Chinese Ministry of Information Technology, Miao Wei, in which he said that he expects the Chinese government to begin issuing 4G licenses this year. The big three names in Chinese telecom, China Mobile , China Telecom, and China Unicom have all started building out 4G networks. Andrew tells investors how the adoption of 4G in China could give Apple access to China Mobile, and its customer base of 700 million.

However, after its recent massive backslide, there is a debate raging as to whether Apple remains a buy. The Motley Fool's senior technology analyst and managing bureau chief, Eric Bleeker, is prepared to fill you in on both reasons to buy and reasons to sell Apple, and what opportunities are left for the company (and your portfolio) going forward.
