Choice Hotels International Beats on Both Top and Bottom Lines

For the quarter, gross margin was 89.4%, 110 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 27.7%, 50 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 13.7%, 120 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $135.4 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.27.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $728.5 million. The average EPS estimate is $1.97.
