CoreSite Realty Corporation Declares First Quarter 2013 Dividend on Common and Series A Preferred Stock
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CoreSite Realty Corporation (NYS: COR) , provider of powerful, network-dense data center campuses and the CoreSite Mesh, which enables interconnected communities of service providers and enterprises, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share on common stock and common stock equivalents for the first quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 28, 2013.
CoreSite's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.62 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period December 12, 2012, to April 14, 2013. The preferred share dividend will be paid on April 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 28, 2013. The normalized rate per 90-day period for the Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock is $0.4531 per share.
