ValueClick (NAS: VCLK) filed its 10-K on Feb. 27. Here are the numbers you need to know.

EPS details
EPS came in at $0.56. The 14 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $0.52 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.56 for Q4 were 60% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.35 per share. (The prior-year quarter included $0.02 per share in earnings from discontinued operations.) GAAP EPS of $0.48 for Q4 were 33% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.36 per share. (The prior-year quarter included $0.02 per share in earnings from discontinued operations.)

Margin details
For the quarter, gross margin was 64.4%, 390 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 31.6%, 650 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 18.2%, 150 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.

Looking ahead
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $166.8 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.39.

Next year's average estimate for revenue is $752.7 million. The average EPS estimate is $1.85.
