SecureLogix to Lead Featured Session Discussing the State of Voice & UC Security at Enterprise Connect 2013
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SecureLogix will be leading a featured session discussing the current state of voice and Unified Communications (UC) security at Enterprise Connect (formerly VoiceCon), the premier event for systems, software, services, and applications for enterprise communications and collaboration. The conference is being held March 18-March 21 at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center in Orlando.
"Communications Security - Report to the Industry"
The SecureLogix session, entitled "Communications Security - Report to the Industry," will be held Thursday, March 21 from 10:00-10:45 a.m. SecureLogix executives Mark Collier, CTO and VP of engineering, and Rod Wallace, VP of global services, will discuss the state of voice/UC security and offer their real-world findings drawn from documented and observed operational attacks against U.S. corporations, supplemented by reports from government and other agencies, to give listeners a sense of which attacks pose the greatest risk to their communications, and which are still, at this stage, more distant prospects. Session attendees will come away with an understanding of the threats that should concern them most and how best to guard against these threats. Session attendees will also receive a copy of the third-annual SecureLogix "Voice & Unified Communications: State of Security 2013" report containing a survey of communications security vulnerabilities with associated threat level data and scientific forecast models that can be used to guide security investments and managerial decision making during the year to come.
