IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. (NAS: BANC) , the multi-bank holding company for PacTrust Bank and Beach Business Bank, today announced that its 2013 annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the Irvine Marriott located at 18000 Von Karman, Irvine, California. Shareholders of record as of March 25, 2013 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
