LEBANON, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (NAS: CBRL) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a regular dividend to common shareholders of $0.50 per share, payable on May 6, 2013, to shareholders of record on April 19, 2013.
