Consolidated Comms Declares Quarterly Dividend

Consolidated Communications has kept its payout steady in the announcement of its latest quarterly dividend. The telecom and broadband provider is to pay $0.38738 per share of its common stock on May 1 to shareholders of record as of April 15. That matches the company's previous payout, which it has distributed every quarter since January 2006. Before that, it paid $0.4089 per share.

The new dividend annualizes to $1.54952 per share. That yields 9.5% at Consolidated Communications' current stock price of $16.37.

In its most recent quarter, Q3 2012, the company's revenue came in at $157 million, while attributable net loss was $311,000 ($0.01 per share).


Consolidated Communications is to release its Q4 2012 results in a conference call on the morning of March 7.
