This week in The Sims Social, you need to build the Maze of Mystery to get closer to achieving your mission--defeating that crummy old bully Mouldywart. Once you rescue the princess, you will learn just how charming Her Majesty is. So, do your best to cater to her every need, most of which involves entertainment.

Let's roll up your sleeves because you need to learn some of those scrumptious medieval recipes, and let's not forget those dancing shoes – because you know the princess loves to shake a leg. (Remember, both quests below start/appear on the same day.)

Note: This week you gain access to the top floor of the castle – so remember to use the stairs to go downstairs to the garden area and the gate to go on top to the bedroom area. (Thanks, Playfish.)

Step 1 – Jest In Time

  • Click on the gate to the garden and 'Open' it.

  • Click on the Jester and ask him 'Where Are The Jewels?'

  • Some say he's made of tin, others of steel either way try to sway him and you'll be made to kneel


The third step of the quest requires you to decode the riddle and consequently complete the step. The answer to this riddle is the Knight. Go ahead and click on the Knight and tell him you 'Need Help'. Rewards: 30 LP, 40 simoleons, 40 XP, Garden toolkit, 2 Energy

Step 2 – Jest In Time

  • Click on The Jester and ask him about the 'Next Riddle?'

  • Build me and you'll finally see, you can enter and exit through me.

  • Enter me and rise above, welcome to the second floor, my love.


Answer to the first and second riddle is the Gate of Littlehaven. So let's go ahead and complete the Gate Of Littlehaven and then click on the gate and 'Enter Castle'. Remember, you can use the stairs to 'Go Downstairs' back to the courtyard. Rewards: 40 LP, 40 simoleons, 50 XP, Rubber Glove, 3 Energy



Step 3 – Jest In Time

  • Click on The Jester and ask him about the 'Next Riddle?'

  • A maiden you can save but only if you are brave.


The answer to this riddle is the Princess. Click on the Princess and tell her 'You're Saved'. Then use the stairs to return downstairs. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Plans, 3 Energy

Step 4 – Jest In Time

  • Click on The Jester and ask him about the 'Next Riddle?'

  • All work and no play, makes for a sad Sim. You may need 2 to tango.

  • It's time to shout it out and shout it loud. A feed is what it's all about.


The answer to this riddle is dancing. That's right. So invite over a Sim or Bella, and click on 'Dance Till Dawn'. Then go ahead and post a feed and get 3 friends to click on it. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Palm Leaf, 3 Energy

Step 5 – Jest In Time

  • Click on The Jester and ask him about the 'Next Riddle?'

  • You may enter freely but it's your wits that will help you leave.

  • Come out, come out wherever you are.


The answer to this riddle is The Maze of Mystery. So go ahead and complete building the Maze of Mystery by completing all three stages and then invite over a Sim or Bella to play 'Hide and Seek'. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Driftwood, 3 Energy

Step 6 – Jest In Time

  • Click on The Jester and 'Collect The Jasper'


Congratulations Simmers. We've got ourselves another crown jewel. There's no stopping us now. Rewards: 60 LP, 75 simoleons, 80 XP, Passion, 5 Energy

Step 1 – Royal Pains

  • Build me and you'll finally see, you can enter and exit through me.

  • Fulfil your Hygiene needs

  • Click on the Princess and do the 'Bow'


Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Elbow Grease, 3 Energy

Step 2 – Royal Pains

  • Clear 2 Jewel Pouches

  • Click on The Jester and 'Learn Barrel Dance'

  • Invite a Sim or Bella and 'Dual Barrel Dance' after building the Nectar Barrels in the Kitchen


Clear jewel pouches by clicking on those scattered around the castle. To build the nectar barrels gather all the necessary collectibles. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Rubber Duckie, 3 Energy

Step 3 – Royal Pains

  • Click on the SummerKnight Barrels and 'Drink Nectar'

  • Complete building the SummerKnight Bed


Build the SummerKnight Bed by gathering all necessary collectibles. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Duster, 3 Energy

Step 4 – Royal Pains

  • Make an Inspired Potion, click on craft and find the ingredients

  • Build the Black Rose Kitchen and 'Bake Royal Cake'

  • Click on the Princess and ask if she would 'Like To Dance?'


Rewards: 40 LP, 50 simoleons, 50 XP, Watering Can, 3 Energy

Step 5 – Royal Pains

  • Click on the Princess and 'Collect Garnet'


Hurrah. you are a crown jewel closer to beating Mouldywart. Rewards: 60 LP, 75 simoleons, 80 XP, Hype, 5 Energy
