Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MOULTRIE, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation (NYSE MKT: SGB), the parent company of Southwest Georgia Bank, announced that its Board of Directors at its meeting yesterday, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend is payable March 20, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 11, 2013. The Company has approximately 2.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.


Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation or its predecessor, Southwest Georgia Bank, has paid cash dividends for 84 consecutive years.
