Medinah Minerals Inc. Announces Board of Director Changes

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medinah Minerals, Inc. (OTC/PINK:MDMN), announced today the following changes to its Board of Directors and Advisory Board.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kyle R. Kirkland as a member of Medinah Minerals, Inc., Board of Directors effective March 1, 2013.


Mr. Kirkland has extensive business experience, is astute in national and international investment/financing, and has served and presently serves in numerous Owner/Management positions, as well as on the Board of Directors of several major companies. Mr. Kirkland continues to act as a Board Director of Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc. (NYSE:LVB). (http://www.medinah-minerals.com/executive.html).

Also, effective March 1, 2013, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Michael Thomas as an Advisory Member to the Medinah Minerals, Inc., Board of Directors.

Mr. Thomas has a plethora of financing experience in the securities industry. He has dealt with and designed complex domestic and international structuring strategies. In his career, he has headed up numerous corporate based portfolio assignments for highly recognized firms. At present, he is the founder and operating partner of MET Capital Advisors, an independent economic and research firm providing present and future insight into global markets. Mr. Larry Regis, Jr., who has served Medinah as its Corporate Secretary/Director since the Company's inception in 1989, is resigning from the Medinah Board of Directors due to medical issues, to decrease his workload, and attend to personal interests.

Effective March 1, 2013, Director, Mr. Gregory A. Chapin, will assume the added duties of Corporate Secretary/Treasurer.
