BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On February 27, 2013, the board of directors of Cigna Corporation (NYS: CI) declared an annual dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 10, 2013, to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2013.
