Thomas P. McNeely Joins Hilco as SVP Focused on Valuation Services
NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hilco Appraisal Services, LLC, today announced the appointment of Thomas McNeely, CFA, as Senior Vice President in Hilco's Enterprise Valuation Services group, a global leader in providing valuation services of going concern businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes including lending, insurance, dispute resolution, estate planning, compliance, and transaction activity. In this role, Mr. McNeely will focus on new business development in the areas of Financial Reporting, Financial Opinions, Business Valuations, and Corporate Finance. Additionally, Mr. McNeely will work alongside the Hilco Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Machinery & Equipment, and Inventory appraisal platforms to provide clients with a full suite of solutions. Tom will be based out of the Northbrook, IL office, but has responsibility across the country.
Prior to joining Hilco, Mr. McNeely was involved in new business development at a boutique valuation services firm as well as a nationally-recognized middle market accounting firm. Before that, he counseled mid-size, privately-held companies on financing alternatives for a Chicago-area mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Tom started his career as an independent financial futures floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade.
