SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. ("Mad Catz") (NYSE MKT: MCZ) announced today that the Company has begun taking pre-orders for their new range of mobile products featuring GameSmart™ technology and are expected to ship in March 2013.

GameSmart is a platform agnostic technology initiative designed to allow core mobile gaming and lifestyle products to operate seamlessly with smart devices. GameSmartproducts are designed to extend the core gaming experience to supporting smart devices as well as offering high performance compatibility when used with Windows PC, Mac and in some instances consoles. Initial products in the range include the R.A.T.Mmobile gaming mouse, the F.R.E.Q.M headset, and the M.O.U.S.9 wireless mouse, all of which are available for pre-order today.
