IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: IMH), a Maryland corporation, or the "Company," announces the scheduling of a conference call and live webcast on Thursday, February 28th, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. P.T. (12:00 p.m. E.T.). We will discuss our 2012 financial results, which are expected to be released after the close of market on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013.
