Chinese Association of Iowa Honors the Principal Financial Group for Global Vision
The Principal receives International Business Leadership Award
DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TheChinese Association of Iowa presented the Principal Financial Group® with the International Business Leadership Award on Monday. The Principal® was recognized for its vision, ambition, and leadership within the global marketplace.

The award was presented by the Chinese Consul General, Weiping Zhao, at the Chinese Association of Iowa's 25 Years of Contributions awards ceremony. The celebration marks the 25th anniversary of the association being established in Iowa, and Yan said he hopes it inspires the younger generation to continue developing partnerships across the world.
Larry Zimpleman, chairman, president and chief executive officer of the Principal accepted the award on behalf of the company, saying, "We are honored to be recognized as a leader in international business, and we look forward to continue building relationships throughout Asia, Latin America and Europe."
