Teekay LNG Partners Increases Sales but Misses Estimates on Earnings
Teekay LNG Partners (NYS: TGP) reported earnings on Feb. 21. Here are the numbers you need to know.

EPS came in at $0.55. The seven earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ forecast $0.57 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.55 for Q4 were 17% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.47 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.41 for Q4 were 31% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.59 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 75.5%, 140 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 41.5%, 470 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 28.8%, much worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $97.7 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.55.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $403.0 million. The average EPS estimate is $2.18.
