LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pacific Drilling S.A. (NYS: PACD) announced it plans to report financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012 on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
