MAYWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Community Bank of Bergen County, NJ (OTCBB: CMTB) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend will be issued to stockholders of record as of March 4, 2013 and will be paid on April 1, 2013.
