ChefVille 'The Stuff Cakes Are Made Of' Quests: Everything you need to know
We've already jumped headfirst into the Cake Oven feature in ChefVille via our look at the "This Calls for Cake" quest series, but now, we're ready to take a look at a different part of this new sweet event: the Sugar Bin. This Sugar Bin is available via a second quest series called "The Stuff Cakes Are Made Of," and we're here with a complete guide to finishing them off, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!
Cake Readiness
Place and Finish the Sugar Bin
Tend Your Milk Truck 5 Times
Tend Wild Onions 9 Times
The Sugar Bin needs to be unwrapped using three energy. From there, you can finish it off using four Sugar Highs, six Sweet Tooth, six Fructose Favors, and four Sweet Dreams. The Sweet Tooth and Sweet Dreams items are earned by posting general requests to your news feed, while the other 12 items are earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors. As for the Onions task, this unfortunately isn't one that can be completed in your friends' restaurants, so you'll need to spend your own energy to finish them off. Luckily, the Milk Truck task can be completed when visiting friends, so keep that in mind as well. You'll receive eight Eggs, six Flour, and 70 coins when you complete this quest.

Buy and Finish the Vanilla Rack
Bake 10 Pound Cake
Collect 12 Dessert Menus
The Vanilla Rack is available to purchase in the store for 200 coins. It must be unwrapped using three energy, and then finished by asking your friends to send you another set of building materials. You'll need five Bland Busters, five Vanilla Virtues, six Flavoring Fundamentals, and four Bean Basics. The Bean Basics and Vanilla Virtue items are earned via general posts placed on your news feed, while the other two items are earned through more individual requests sent out to your neighbors. While this Vanilla Rack and Sugar Bin may take a long time to complete, just think of them as investment pieces for the future and that should make things a bit easier to swallow.
As for the Pound Cakes, these are obviously prepared over in the Cake Oven. Make sure to check out our complete guide to building the Cake Oven if you still need to catch up. A single Pound Cake takes 30 minutes to make, and can be created using three Flour, one Sugar, and one Unsalted Butter. You'll receive six Flour, four Sugar, and 70 XP for finishing this quest.

Earn Gourmet Mastery for Pound Cake
As we've told you before, this Cake Oven comes with a new Gourmet Mastery feature that allows you to add additional ingredients to your dishes before cooking in order to have a chance to create a Gourmet Dessert. In the case of the Pound Cake recipe, you can add additional Eggs to the recipe to have a chance at earning Gourmet Points and eventually Gourmet Mastery. You'll need to cook a Gourmet Pound Cake eight times before receiving that Gourmet Mastery status. After you've finished this final quest in the series, you'll receive one Rustic Bakery Table (this is a decorative item), three Gala Apples and 60 coins.
These quests will only be available for the next eight days, so good luck finishing them off!
