Walmart Will Hold Annual Shareholders Meeting June 7

BENTONVILLE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYS: WMT) today announced that the company's 2013 Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on Fri., June 7, 2013 at 7 a.m. CDT, in Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. The meeting also will be webcast on the company's website at http://stock.walmart.com.

The company also announced that April 11, 2013 is the record date for that meeting.
