AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. (NYS: INN) (the "Company") today announced that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, after the market closes. The Company will conduct its quarterly conference call on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 9:00 AM EST.
