SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NeoPhotonics Corporation (NYS: NPTN) , will report financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012, after market close on Thursday, February 21, 2013. The company will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss these results at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time) on Thursday, February 21, 2013.
