JASPER, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Kimball International, Inc. (NAS: KBALB) , has declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share on Class B Common Stock and 4.5 cents per share on Class A Common Stock payable April 15, 2013, to Share Owners of record on March 25, 2013.
