National Health Investors Bumps Up Quarterly Dividend
National Health Investors has announced an increase in its quarterly dividend. The company is to disburse $0.695 per share of its common stock on May 10 to shareholders of record as of March 29.
That represents an increase of 3.7% over the previous payout of $0.67, which was distributed in December. Prior to that, the firm had paid $0.65 per share. The company also handed out a special dividend of $0.22 in January.
The new disbursement annualizes to $2.78, yielding 4.3% on the current stock price of $64.22.
