Boardtastic Skateboarding 2 lets you dominate the halfpipe on Android

Following up on the success of Boardtastic Skateboarding, PerBlue has announced the release of Boardtastic Skateboarding 2, an Android game that allows you to control your virtual skateboarder with the touch of a finger. The game combines full 3D graphics with touch gestures that allow you to pull off each move, from basic jumps to 900 double heelflips.

The game offers 15 different skate decks that are available to unlock, along with customization options and power-ups. You'll travel around the world to several varied skate parks, and can even customize your player's movement down to the very direction of your rotation and landing.

If you're a previous fan of Boardtastic Skateboarding, you don't need to worry about simply starting over from scratch, as your current character will be carried over into the sequel automatically once you launch the game. In addition, multiplayer gameplay has been added to the sequel, allowing you to earn points as you play that let you climb the in-game leaderboards.
