NHI Increases First Quarter Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Health Investors, Inc. (NYS: NHI) announced today it will increase its first quarter dividend to $.695 per common share to shareholders of record on March 29, 2013 and payable on May 10, 2013. This represents an annualized dividend of $2.78 per common share.
