ICF International Awarded Prime Position on $11 Billion Multi-Award IDIQ Contract with the Department of Homeland Security

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ICF International (NAS: ICFI) , a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a new multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide a wide range of support services for the agency and its components. The contract has a combined ceiling of $11 billion for all contracts awarded and a term of five years.


Under the Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract, ICF will provide program management, engineering, and technology support services under Domain 1. These types of services are required for effective management of major DHS programs throughout all lifecycle stages of the DHS acquisition framework: need; analyze and select; obtain; and produce, deploy, and support.
