Cinemark Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.21

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYS: CNK) , one of the largest motion picture exhibitors in the world, announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.21 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 20, 2013 to stockholders of record on June 6, 2013.
