NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (NYS: MITT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.51563 per share on its Series A 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYS: MITTPRA) for the quarterly period ending on March 16, 2013. The dividend is payable on March 18, 2013 to holders of record on February 28, 2013.
Additionally, the board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share on its Series B 8.00% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYS: MITTPRB) for the quarterly period ending on March 16, 2013. The dividend is payable on March 18, 2013 to holders of record on February 28, 2013.
