Littlehaven in The Sims Social is bustling with excitement! Bella has found Lady Fong's ancient book of fortunes. That's right, this week you discover the secret to being the luckiest Sim in the world. That said, this week you get to experience and develop a brand new trait: Luck.

What does this trait do for us you ask? Well that's simple. With the Luck trait you stand a chance to collect double the amount of XP, simoleons, social points and collectibles too! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you while you embark on your quest for Luck straight from The Sims Social team at Playfish.

Step 1 – Do Ya' Feel Lucky, Sim?

  • 'Who's Lady Fong?'

  • 'Lady Fong's Lucky Book'

  • Buy the Zhu ni Fortune Cookie Maker


Visit Bella, click on her and select the option 'Who's Lady Fong?' Then visit Bella or any Sim's home, click on any book shelf and select the option 'Lady Fong's Book'. Buy the Zhui ni Fortune Cookie Maker from the shop and place it in your home. It costs 2500 Simoleons. Rewards: 10 LP, 40 Simoleons, 10 XP, Love



Step 2 – Do Ya' Feel Lucky, Sim?

  • Buy the Shaolin Flying Dragon, place it in your home and complete step 1

  • 'Lady Fong's Lucky Book'

  • Collect 3 bamboo


Visit three Sims, click on them and select the option 'Lady Fong's Lucky Book' to tell them about it. Collect three bamboos by clearing some or asking friends to send you some. Rewards: 20 LP, 50 Simoleons, 20 XP, Fury

Step 3 – Do Ya' Feel Lucky, Sim?

  • Buy the Hidden Sim Dancing Lion from the shop, place it in your home and complete step 1

  • Collect Fortune Cookies

  • Clear the Fortune Cookies!


Collect five fortune cookies by clearing fortune cookies or reading fortunes or you could ask friends to send you the same. Clear at least five Fortune Cookies to complete the next step. Rewards: 30 LP, 60 Simoleons, 30 XP, Dreams/ Night Cap/ Pillow, 1 Energy

Step 4 – Do Ya' Feel Lucky, Sim?

  • Complete your Shaolin Flying Dragon

  • Practice 'Dragon Expression'

  • 'Let The Dragon Fly!'


Complete your Shaolin Flying Dragon Project by finishing the entire stage. Then invite a Sim over and select the option 'Dragon Expression'. Then invite three Sims over, click on the kite and select the option 'Let the Dragon Fly!' Rewards: 20 LP, 30 Simoleons, 20 XP, 1 Energy, Relaxation/Entertainment/Culture/Buzz

Step 5 – Do Ya' Feel Lucky, Sim?

  • Complete your Hidden Sim Dancing Lion

  • Collect some Fortune Cookies

  • Invite 3 Sims over, click on Hidden Sim Dancing Lion and 'Do The Lion Dance!'


Complete your Hidden Sim Dancing Lion by finishing the entire first stage. Collect ten Fortune Cookies. Invite three Sims over, click on the Hidden Sim Dancing Lion and select the option, 'Do the Lion Dance!' Rewards: 30 LP, 40 Simoleons, 30 XP, 2 Energy, Love
