EPS came in at $0.93. The seven earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $1.05 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.93 for Q1 were 69% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.55 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 48.4%, 1,330 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 16.6%, 730 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 11.0%, 480 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $1.30 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $2.38.
