DigiDev Signs Lifestyle and Original Sponsored Programming Development Deal with All Screens Media, LLC

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Digital Development Group Corp. (OTCBB: DIDG) ("DigiDev"), announced today that it has signed a deal with All Screens Media, LLC to develop proprietary branded lifestyle channels and sponsored original programming. These channels and programming will also directly sell merchandise with revenues shared with DigiDev.

The new channels will utilize DigiDev's "Over-The-Top" or "OTT" technology - a breakthrough that is dramatically changing the way people watch television worldwide.

All Screens Media was started by former Comcast VP of New Media, Peter Heumiller, and focuses on developing content offerings that drive commerce and sponsorships. Heumiller created over 30 digital channel brands and services at Comcast including Exercise TV, Lego TV, Activity TV and Baby Boost. He raised over $25MM in equity partnerships, sponsorships, branded content production funding, promotional programs and direct merchandise sales around those channels.

"We're excited to announce this lifestyle channel, sponsorship and business development deal with Peter as we accelerate our mission to grow a unique portfolio of content for the Internet and look to drive revenues," said Marty Greenwald, DigiDev CEO. "We look forward to Peter quickly bringing some differentiating channels, programming, merchandising and production partnerships to DigiDev."

"Marty had been extremely successful monetizing unique content for many years, so it is great to be partnering with him and DigiDev," said Peter Heumiller. "Timing is perfect as the global focus is on subscription and branded OTT channels. I look forward to quickly leveraging the resources and partnerships that I have been developing to deliver revenue generating proprietary channels and programming, and dedicated viewership to DigiDev."

Heumiller won an Emmy award for the production of thousands of original short form assets, cross-promotional linear TV shows and pioneering unique viewer contests and experiential events including the annual Anime Selects FanFest at Anime Expo and the global search to send a viewer to cover the Tokyo Anime Fair.

At Comcast, Heumiller also created transactional content offerings. Examples include: partnering with FUNimation Anime to generate millions of dollars in subscription fees, creating unique pay-per-view opportunities around Something Weird features (a library now offered digitally by DigiDev), offering paid "monthly pass" subscriptions to ExerciseTV's online and mobile workouts, and having sponsors and publishers pay to develop the Cookbook Kitchen video recipe series featuring cookbook authors and directly selling their cookbooks and kitchen accessories.

DigiDev will continue building strategic partnerships with prominent independent libraries. Viewers will have the choice of watching content through various methods, such as ad-based viewing, subscription-based services, a-la-carte purchases and other methods.

Leveraging its unique platform, the company intends to use social media to monetize its technology and build a substantial user base. In the wake of a decline in pay TV subscribers, management sees a unique opportunity to capture significant market share in this growing industry over the coming months.
