CB&I Completes Shaw Group Acquisition

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CB&I (NYS: CBI) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of The Shaw Group. CB&I and Shaw shareholders overwhelmingly approved the transaction in December 2012.
