Ruckus Posts Record Quarterly Revenue

Record quarterly revenue led the news in Ruckus Wireless' Q4 and 2012 earnings results. For the quarter, the company had its highest-ever revenue figure -- $62 million, 51% higher than in Q4 2011. Non-GAAP net income totaled $6.1 million ($0.07 per diluted share), against the year-ago quarter's $4.9 million ($0.07).

On average, analysts had been expecting a top line of $60.5 million and EPS of $0.05.

For the full year, Ruckus saw revenue of $215 million, a 79% year-over-year increase. Net was $42.9 million, against 2011's $7.4 million.


The company provided guidance for the current quarter, which ends March 31. For the period, it expects revenues of $62 million to $64 million, and EPS of $0.03 to $0.04.
